6 Months to goooooooo

This is the original dress. It is my         This is without the lacing.

mom's but I've taken off the lace,

and will be having it altered, shor-

tening of the sleeves and hemline.

The shoes took 3 hours to find in China Town (Dundas and Spadina), for my tiny little feet. I had a friend with me and we walked in the hot blazing daylight sun, ready to give up when we turned to the right to find a shoe store, "Did we go in here?" I bought two pairs the other one is exactly the same only in a silver tone.

The lace is not exactly lace but more like a sheer off-white strip attached to swirls of white thread that looks like roses, found at Fabricland (Steeles and Doncaster). It looks so elegant and sweet and suits me and my style much better compared to the original lacing.

I found the clutch purse at Ardene (Centerpoint Mall) but it came with this ugly gold link chain so I removed it and attached a handle I made out of a partially cut memory wire and beads from the dollar store (Centerpoint Mall)

The jewelry and hair crystals are Austrian. I found them at Ardene (Centerpoint Mall)
